Sauna guidelines to keep everyone happy

Before your session

Please arrive 15 minutes before your session so you are ready to start on time. Sessions must run on time so that there is sufficient window in-between sessions to clean the sauna and cold plunge.

Please shower before your session and be free of oils and sunscreens etc. This allows the sauna and the cold plunge to stay cleaner for everyone to use.

During your session

Please shower in-between sauna and cold plunge

Please bring 2x towels. One to sit on and one for showering after. (no towel no entry to sauna. This keeps the sauna cleaner for everyone!)

Half a ladle of water over the rocks is enough water, excessive pouring of water can damage the heater. If the water does not instantly turn to steam the rocks are not hot enough, do not pour anymore water on until they heat up again. Excessive water, while it feels hotter will actually cool down the sauna.
