FAQs.

  • Staying hydrated and bringing the proper essentials will help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable session.

    Please bring:

    • a sweat towel (to sit on inside the sauna)

    • a towel for drying off afterward

    • a refillable water bottle

    • swimwear

  • You will lose a significant amount of water during your session, so it’s important to rehydrate by drinking plenty of water afterward.

  • For the comfort of all guests and to maintain sauna hygiene, please shower before your session. Please ensure you are well-hydrated before your session, and remove all jewellery and accessories prior to entering the sauna.

  • To make the most of your session, we recommend arriving in your swimwear.

    For regular sauna users (weekly basis), it is advised to spend 10–15 minutes in the sauna, followed by a cooling break before repeating the cycle.

    For occasional users, a shorter duration of 5–10 minutes is recommended.

  • The sauna is open to all guests; however, individuals with any health conditions are strongly advised to consult their physician before use.

    Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

    All users must acknowledge and accept the associated risks by signing the liability waiver prior to use.

  • There is limited storage space available at the entrance of the sauna for small items such as shoes and bags. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing valuables, as Driftwood Sauna cannot be held responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

We understand that plans can change. To keep things running smoothly, please notify us if you wish to cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling made after this time may incur a fee.

NO SHOWS

No-shows will be charged the full session fee. If you are running late, please call or text us. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time may result in a shortened session or cancellation.
